UX & UI Design and Creative Direction of this module based interactive microsite, its shopping site and all marketing and brand communication.
My role: Lead Designer, Creative Direction
My responsibilities with this cross-country and PayPal-first European Christmas campaign laid within creative direction and project planning of all teams involved such as creative agencies, inhouse tech & marketing teams, external development agencies. Timing and resources needed to be planned carefully by me to ensure a launch on time, on budget and simultan-eously in all 10+ countries.
Concept and design included the User Experience and Interface Design of a modular interactive microsite, the redesign of the shopping website, a photo shoot as well as all marketing communication assets and ongoing presentations to European business units and Global headquarters.
Result: Incremental lift of transactions, user engagement and signups through-out the countries running this campaign and a positive ROI. In addition, the visual concept of this campaign was used for the 2014 redesign of the global paypal.com website.
